Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment with us, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Unlike some places that overbook in anticipation of cancellations, we don’t double-book. This means that if you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for an advance notice of 24 business hours. Failing to do so may result in a 30% charge of the total services booked, or if you’ve purchased a package, the loss of one session.

Credit Card Deposit

When booking an appointment with us, we’ll need a valid credit card to secure your spot. In some cases, we may also request a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This deposit contributes to the cost of premium supplies and is deducted from your final total. Keep in mind that deposits expire after six months of non-use, requiring a new one for future bookings.


Not sure if you qualify for a procedure or treatment? Before booking online, we recommend giving us a call or scheduling a consultation. Recent illness, surgeries, skin treatments, injections, or certain at-home product use may temporarily disqualify you from our services, so it’s best to clarify before making an appointment.

Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that all services, packages of services, and gift cards are non-refundable. However, packages and gift cards don’t come with an expiration date, so you can use them whenever suits you best. We believe consistency is the key to great results. If, for any reason, you can’t complete a purchased package due to medical reasons, relocation, or unforeseen circumstances, you have the option to gift it to someone else.


While our terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, we always strive to accommodate emergencies and special situations with care and understanding. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business and families.

Booking Acknowledgment

*Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in. If you are more than 5 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. We require 24 hours notice for all reschedules/cancellations. If you do not cancel your appointment by speaking directly to a receptionist, we reserve the right to charge you in 30% of the service cost. All no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. Your esthetician is passionate about making you feel amazing, and has reserved time for you in their schedule. Please be courteous and respect the policies, this is their livelihood!
